TEKONSHA PILOT DIGITAL BRAKE CONTROL ; FOR 1-3 AXLE TRAILERS

Applies braking power that ramps up, or increases over a period of time, at a fixed rate.
This makes the Pilot trailer brake controller kit ideal for basic, light-duty towing needs.
The Pro Series Pilot trailer brake controller kit has a Plug & Play connection for easy installation.
As a time-based controller, the unit can be installed above or below the dash, in any direction, as long as itâ€™s within reach of the driver.
This controller has an LED light display that changes from green to red to indicate trailer connectivity and power output.
If you ever need to manually apply the brakes, simply move the manual control lever to the left.

SHIPPING

Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $25.

Delivery times will be based on ground rates from the warehouse in Saskatoon. Once shipped, emailed shipping notifications will be provided to you for tracking purposes. Orders will be shipped same day based on a 3:00pm cut-off (Saskatchewan).

DELIVERY

Please be aware that shipping delays can occur due to various factors, including but not limited to inclement weather, carrier logistics, and unforeseen circumstances. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery times provided are estimates and should be considered as approximate.

We recommend that you place orders well in advance to account for any potential delays, especially if you have time-sensitive requirements.

PACKAGING

If you receive damaged product, please take photos time stamped with the delivery date and time. Contact info@landautocenter.com immediately to discuss your return options.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note: $25.00 shipping fee will not be refunded.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Special Order items are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (less shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
