TEKONSHA PRIMUS IQ BRAKE CONTROL ; FOR 1-3 AXLE TRAILERS

Provides automatic braking based on the intensity and rate at which you apply your tow vehicleâ€™s brakes, giving you smooth braking thanks to an internal inertia sensor.
The Primus IQ trailer brake controller has a snap-in dash mounting clip, Plug & Play port for two plug adapters, and removeable electrical connector so the unit can be easily unplugged, unclipped, and stored.
Digital LED display shows settings, real-time diagnostics, and alerts.
Boost provides up to three levels of additional stopping power at the touch of a button, giving you confidence in stopping safely when youâ€™re hauling heavier loads and/or need more power to stop.

SHIPPING

Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $25.

Delivery times will be based on ground rates from the warehouse in Saskatoon. Once shipped, emailed shipping notifications will be provided to you for tracking purposes. Orders will be shipped same day based on a 3:00pm cut-off (Saskatchewan).

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery times provided are estimates and should be considered as approximate.

PACKAGING

If you receive damaged product, please take photos time stamped with the delivery date and time. Contact info@landautocenter.com immediately to discuss your return options.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note: $25.00 shipping fee will not be refunded.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (less shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
