SHIPPING
Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $25.
Delivery times will be based on ground rates from the warehouse in Saskatoon. Once shipped, emailed shipping notifications will be provided to you for tracking purposes. Orders will be shipped same day based on a 3:00pm cut-off (Saskatchewan).
DELIVERY
Please be aware that shipping delays can occur due to various factors, including but not limited to inclement weather, carrier logistics, and unforeseen circumstances. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery times provided are estimates and should be considered as approximate.
We recommend that you place orders well in advance to account for any potential delays, especially if you have time-sensitive requirements.
PACKAGING
If you receive damaged product, please take photos time stamped with the delivery date and time. Contact info@landautocenter.com immediately to discuss your return options.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note: $25.00 shipping fee will not be refunded.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@landautocenter.com. To ensure a quick and easy process, we require an invoice number, part number, and reason for return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4340 Hwy 12 East, Lacombe AB T4L 1A3.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Special Order items are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (less shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
