Rough CountryΓÇÖs Nitrogen-charged Vertex Shocks feature a monotube design with an external reservoir for increased oil capacity and damping sensitivity. Each shock features a massive 2.5in diameter piston and a high-flow 22mm chrome hardened piston rod that simply dwarfs the competition. SHIPPING

Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $25.

Delivery times will be based on ground rates from the warehouse in Saskatoon. Once shipped, emailed shipping notifications will be provided to you for tracking purposes. Orders will be shipped same day based on a 3:00pm cut-off (Saskatchewan).

DELIVERY

PACKAGING

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note: $25.00 shipping fee will not be refunded.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (less shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
